EMPRESS OF DEBUTS NEW TRACK FROM THE TURNING SOUNDTRACK

THE TURNING (ORIGINAL MOTION PICTURE SOUNDTRACK) arrives a week from now, with the latest offering from the Lawrence Rothman and Yves Rothman-produced soundtrack out today from Los Angeles singer/producer EMPRESS OF – “Call Me” is out now.  Keeping with the film’s ‘90s-era world created by director Floria Sigismondi and throughout the whole of the soundtrack, “Call Me” is a slice of ‘90s pop nostalgia reminiscent of The Cure meets The Cranberries.

And ICYMI – “Call Me” arrives just days after the release of “Getting Better (otherwise)” from the film’s lead Finn Wolfhard and his new band The Aubreys – listen to the track here and watch its accompanying music video below.

The soundtrack, due out January 24 via KRO Records / Sony Music Masterworks (same day as the Floria Sigismondi-directed film), was produced by Lawrence and Yves Rothman and features an impressive array of artists that include Mitski, Courtney Love, Empress Of, The Aubrey’s Ft. Finn Wolfhard, Vagabon, Cherry Glazerr, Lawrence Rothman, Kim Gordon, Warpaint and so much more.
